Melba Tiller – Executive Director
Melba Tiller is a retired administrative assistant who loves missions. In 1999, she had a
dream to begin a CWJC in Nacogdoches after hearing the positive changes in the lives of
women who had been through programs in other cities in Texas.
“I feel that this is the culmination of my training and life experiences. I have never
known such fulfillment, such joy, such blessings. I thank God that He has allowed me the
good health and energy to work with the precious women who have found hope through Jesus
Christ at CWJC.”

Melanie O’Dell
Melanie O’Dell is the mentor coordinator and has been with CWJC for a year and a half.
Things to live by:
#1: “I’m third – Jesus first, others second, myself third.”
#2: “I have more time than I do money, so I will spend my time. It’s not my money people truly want anyway.”
